I've injured myself folks.
I think I haven't been stretching as much as I should and my left calf is tight.
It's on the outer left side under my knee.
I can walk just fine.
I can run just fine.
I can't tuck my legs under me while I sit at my desk though without feeling some muscle stiffness.
So instead of running, I walked for about 25 minutes this morning.
At least I was out, right?
I'm getting OLD!
My body can't keep up with what my mind wants.
